Benefits include improvement of blood circulation and lymphatic drainage, relieves muscle tension and pain, reduces stress and promotes relaxation, increased flexibility and range of motion.
- May improve immune function by stimulating lymph flow. Techniques used incorporate a combination of strokes, including:
- Effleurage (long, gliding strokes)
- Petrissage (kneading and rolling)
- Tapotement (rhythmic tapping)
- Friction (deep, circular movements)
- Pressure can be adjusted from light to firm, depending on your preference and needs established in our consultation.
Aromatherapy Massage:
Enhances physical & emotional well-being by combining massage techniques with the use of Essential Oils. The aim is to alleviate stress, boost mood and promote relaxation whilst addressing specific physical issues.
